Marshall H. Kaplan, Ph.D.
Marshall H. Kaplan, Ph.D., is an aerospace advisor to the White House, OSD, Applied Physics Laboratory, Missile Defense Agency, DARPA, and commercial space interests. He supported programs such as Conestoga, TDRRS, Space Station, and the K-1 reusable launch vehicle. He holds a Doctorate degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford; a Masters degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT; and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Wayne State. LTG (Ret.) John J. Cusick, USA
LTG (Ret.) John J. Cusick, USA, joined the board of Pan Am TS in 2012 after returning from an assignment in Iraq. In industry, he served KBR, FP&L, MPRI, and L-3. On active duty, LTG Cusick was the Joint Services Director for Logistics (J-4) on the DOD Joint Staff at the Pentagon. He held many key assignments in a distinguished military career.
